Food: Mole

Mole is one of the many traditional dishes that i grew up loving. Below is my take on this delicious and quick dish.


Start with the amount of chicken of your chioce, I choose chicken breast.


Place chicken in a pot filled with 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil on medium heat for 30 mins.



Add Dona Maria Mole paste and (half an onion...optional)
stir occasionally for 10 mins until sauce thickens.


Personally i love some sweetness to my Mole so i fry half of a banana then blend and pour into the Mole sauce. If u like more of a spicy flavor skip this step.



As a garnish i like to add sesame seeds.


I serve it with a side of steamed white rice.


and.....dinner is served :)
